We have our regular weekly services on Saturday at 5 PM and Sunday at 10 AM. You can also watch our service virtually on our Facebook page on Sundays at 10 AM (or anytime after). Communion is typically served on the last weekend of every month.

Join Us for SUNDAE SERVICE on April 28th at 11 AM – Free Ice Cream and a Chance to Help Neighbors in Need! This is the perfect opportunity to invite a friend to visit Cornerstone. We will meet for a brief time of praise and prayer at 10:00 and then off to set up for our friends and visitors. We will serve free ice cream and invite people to stay to put toiletries together in baggies and make PBJ sandwiches for Trenton Area Soup Kitchen. We will also give them a chance to hear about VIP and join us on the Water Walk on Saturday May 4th. If you’d like to bring donations of tuna fish (bagged or in a pop-top can), boxed cake boxes, or canned frosting, bring them that day – most supplies will be provided!

The Bible and the Art of Van Gogh Bible Study is led by Rev Rob Morrison and the next meeting will be on Friday, May 10th at 6 PM in Harmony House  All are welcome – reach out to Rev Rob via text (732-232-2706) or email (revrobm27@gmail.com) if you’d like to attend!

JOIN TEAM HARMONY and help us raise funds to support Villages in Partnership (VIP) and help our brothers and sisters in Malawi, Africa. The VIP Water Walk will be held in Allentown on May 4th at 4:30 PM. See Elizabeth for info on how to join the team; donations can be put in the offering plate (marked VIP) or use the Vanco mobile app. JOIN OR DONATE TO TEAM HARMONY!

MUSIC PROGRAM “5th Sunday Sing”! Every time there are 5 Sundays in the month, our Director of Music, Will Vanderburg, will take requests as we will gather for a time of music and fellowship. The next date will be June 30, 2024!

The Cornerstone “Ringers and Singers” rehearse on Monday evenings! Choir rehearsals are on Monday evenings in the sanctuary: 7-8 PM for bell choir, and 8-9 PM for singing. All are welcome to be a part of our music ministry and make a joyful noise! Please reach out to our Director of Music, Will Vanderburg, if you have any questions!

We have several options available for giving to the church:
  • Set up online giving for recurring donations through bank transfer or credit card
  • Download the Vanco mobile app to make a one-time or recurring donation from your mobile device
  • Make a donation via PayPal
  • Regular offerings can also be mailed to Cornerstone at 569 Harmony Road, Jackson, NJ 08527

Shop Rite Card Fundraiser: Many thanks to Laura Stone and Barbara Dougherty who have taken over the sale of Shop Rite cards to benefit the church.  You can purchase gift cards at worship on Saturday from Laura, or on Sunday from Barbara.  Use the gift cards when you shop at Shop Rite – 5% of sales benefit the church.  Over the years, we have raised $13,940 from the sale of Shop Rite cards! Please contact Elizabeth, Barbara or Laura if you would like to arrange to meet at the church to purchase cards during the week!

Cornerstone is offering an opportunity for the congregation to donate flower arrangements for the communion table, with a memorial or honorarium dedication in the bulletin.  The cost is $40 and proceeds will be used for a Cornerstone Flower Fund to allow us to purchase other special arrangements as needed throughout the year. Please contact Elizabeth to donate flowers.

Our Per Capita Offering is being collected for 2024. Per capita is an amount of money per member (this year, $40.00) that our congregation pays to our larger Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). This offering allows us to work with other churches to further the mission of Jesus Christ around the world. Per Capita also helps to prepare future ministers to faithfully answer their call from God.  As Presbyterians, we believe that we need each other as we work together to and discern the mind of Christ for the PC(USA).  We encourage all members to make their Per Capita offering at your earliest convenience – it can be given all at once or in small increments throughout the year.  Please place your offering in the offering plate marked “per capita.”  Thank you!
